A three-hour interactive session that helps L&D teams create training, e-learning and assessment that is more accessible, engaging and effective for neurodivergent colleagues.
At a glance
- Three-hour interactive training session
- Onsite and/or online
- For Learning and Development professionals
This session will help the Learning and Development team create training that is more accessible, engaging and effective for neurodivergent colleagues. It will explore how differences in attention, memory, information processing, reading, sensory needs and executive functioning can affect the learning experience. Particular attention is given to digital learning and e-learning, including how dense content, rigid formats and inaccessible design can create fatigue and reduce engagement. Participants will consider practical ways to improve learning content, delivery and assessment without lowering standards or creating entirely separate programmes.

Presentation slides as a PDF plus supporting resources so participants can revisit the content afterwards.
Recording on request
Online sessions can be recorded under a limited internal licence, so shift workers and remote teams do not miss out.
How we design a programme
We listen before we write a single slide
- 01
Scoping conversation
We start by understanding your organisation, workforce, working environments and what you want people to take away.
- 02
Real scenarios gathered
We invite anonymised workplace scenarios so the session addresses the situations your people are actually encountering.
- 03
Tailored delivery
Content, language and examples are adapted to your sector, including head office, remote, frontline and field-based teams.
- 04
Next steps and follow-on
Sessions close with practical actions and a clear path forward, with optional follow-on sessions to embed the learning.
