Neurodiversity coaching

Coaching that starts with how you actually work

Specialist one-to-one coaching for adults, young people and employees, plus neuroinclusive coaching for the managers supporting them. Referrals are accepted at any time.

Coaching is not advice-giving. It is a supportive space to understand your strengths, name what gets in the way, and build strategies that hold up in real life.
Lived-experience-led. Strengths-based. Practical.

Who we coach

Three routes into coaching

01
Employees
Workplace-focused coaching around workload, focus, communication, energy and putting agreed adjustments to work. Often funded through Access to Work.
02
Adults
Self-understanding after a diagnosis or while exploring one: routines, planning, rest, and building on strengths rather than masking.
03
Young people
Support through school, college and transitions, with practical strategies for study, organisation and self-advocacy.

One-to-one neurodiversity coaching

A safe space to understand strengths and remove barriers

Coaching offers tailored support for people who want to understand their strengths, overcome barriers and build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Many employees are navigating hidden neurodivergent needs, low confidence, anxiety or challenges with motivation, organisation and communication. Coaching gives them a supportive space to explore that with a trained professional who understands neurodiversity from lived experience.

Every session is tailored to the individual, celebrates strengths, and is designed to drive tangible progress rather than open-ended conversation.

What coaching supports

  • Building self-understanding and confidence
  • Improving emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Strengthening executive functioning skills
  • Managing overwhelm, stress, time pressure or low motivation
  • Developing routines, planning strategies and achievable goals
  • Navigating relationships, communication and workplace expectations

How coaching works

  • One-to-one sessions delivered online, with flexible scheduling
  • Evidence-informed and lived-experience-led throughout
  • A strengths-based, compassionate and practical approach from every coach
  • Optional co-coaching session including the manager or HR
  • Optional feedback summaries to support progression pathways
  • Commissioned as individual sessions or through a block-credit model for organisations

Neuroinclusive manager coaching

Practical one-to-one support for managers with a live situation

A focused pathway for managers who want to support neurodivergent employees with more confidence, clarity and consistency. It is practical, hands-on and built around the real situation the manager is managing.

It is designed for managers who are already managing a real situation, not just learning theory, three 60-minute online sessions across roughly four to six weeks.

  1. Session 1

    Understand the situation

A 60-minute session mapping the employee's role, strengths, challenges, work context, current pressure points and any adjustments already in place.

  2. Session 2

    Build the support plan

A 60-minute session focused on practical adjustments, communication, expectation setting, meetings, task management, sensory needs, feedback and review points.

  3. Session 3

    Review and embed

A 60-minute follow-up reviewing what has changed, what is still difficult, how the manager sustains support and where further input may help.

Who it is for

  • Line managers supporting a neurodivergent employee, or someone who may be neurodivergent
  • Senior leaders managing neurodiverse teams
  • HR and people teams supporting managers with live cases
  • Managers dealing with disclosure, reasonable adjustments, communication challenges or performance concerns
  • Organisations that want practical, hands-on follow-on support for their managers

What managers come away with

A safe, practical space to understand the situation and the best approach to take, and a clear support plan that works for both the employee and the organisation.

How coaching runs

A simple, predictable process

  1. Intro call

A short, no-pressure conversation to understand what you want to change.

  2. Coaching plan

We agree focus areas, session rhythm and how we will know it is working.

  3. Sessions

Regular one-to-one sessions with practical experiments between them.

  4. Review

We review what is helping, adapt the plan and plan for sustaining it.
