Executive teams & senior leadership

Training for Exec and SLT

A session focused on the role senior leaders play in shaping culture, setting expectations and ensuring neuroinclusion is reflected in workforce strategy, management practice and organisational decision-making.

At a glance

  • Three-hour session
  • Onsite or online
  • For executive teams and SLT
  • Scoping call before delivery

This practical three-hour session will move beyond general awareness and consider what neuroinclusive leadership looks like within a large, operationally complex organisation. The training will explore how neurodivergence may affect communication, performance, wellbeing, safety and progression across different working environments. It will also examine the barriers that can be created by organisational systems, leadership behaviours and standard ways of working. A scoping call will take place before delivery to identify your organisation's current challenges and relevant leadership scenarios. These examples will be used throughout the session to ensure the content is practical, credible and closely aligned with your wider people and inclusion strategy.

How we design a programme

We listen before we write a single slide

  1. 01

    Scoping conversation

We start by understanding your organisation, workforce, working environments and what you want people to take away.

  2. 02

    Real scenarios gathered

We invite anonymised workplace scenarios so the session addresses the situations your people are actually encountering.

  3. 03

    Tailored delivery

Content, language and examples are adapted to your sector, including head office, remote, frontline and field-based teams.

  4. 04

    Next steps and follow-on

Sessions close with practical actions and a clear path forward, with optional follow-on sessions to embed the learning.
